My goal is to loose 5kgs and work on making my waist slimmer by 2inches. Which i will try and accomplish by
producing a weight loss routine. I will work on my routine every PE class, and I will incorporate as many non mechanical equipments as possible.
Measurable: How can the progress of trying to achieve the goal be tracked? How can you measure the progress?
I will be measuring my progress by taking pictures every week of my progress after my work out routine and upload them to my blog. Along with the pictures, I will measure my weight and caption my weight (in kgs) in each picture. After the time I have set to reach my goal has passed, I will make a collage of all the pictures to show my progress from my training sessions.
Attainable: Is the goal set realistic? Can it be achieved with the skill level or in the time set?
Yes, i think my goal is achievable if i work hard and follow my routine. Losing weight, is all about the mental situation instead of the performance. And as i lose weight, naturally my waist will become smaller. But to specifically target my waist, i would have to do waist training exercises which is possible.
Relevant: Is the goal set realistic? Can it be achieved with the skill level or in the time set?
My goal is very realistic, as my routine will be sculptured based on my preferences. I cannot run, as in focus long enough to continue running for a certain period of time. Which is why, my routine will be made without anything to do with running or extreme cardio vascular exercises.
Time: By what time do you want to achieve your goal by?
6 weeks maximum, but if our unit lasts longer then I'd love the extra time. By 3 weeks, i should have lost 2.5kgs and 1 inch of my waist. My work out routine will be based of our unit and school days.
